We’re here to help you thrive

Mindful Point Behavioral Health Counseling is a telehealth practice serving adults across New Mexico. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, or a life transition that’s knocked you sideways, this is a place built for people who are ready to do something about it.

We use structured, evidence-based approaches — not one-size-fits-all therapy. The goal is real change, not just coping.

How it Works

Sunset over mountains with three icons: a plant, a landscape with mountains and a river, and a sprouting plant, numbered 01, 02, and 03.

Step #1: Free Consultation

Schedule a free call so we can talk about what you’re going through and see if we’re a good fit.

Step #2: Initial Session

We’ll take time to understand your story, identify your goals, and create a plan that feels right to you.

Step #3: Ongoing Support

We’ll work together at a pace that feels right, adjusting as your needs change and celebrating your progress.

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll help connect you with a provider who may be.

What to Expect

  • A sunset or sunrise landscape with mountains and a cloudy sky, overlaid with a stylized Wi-Fi symbol in gradient colors from pink to orange.

    A NONJUDGMENTAL SPACE

Therapy with me balances genuine warmth with clear clinical direction. You'll find a space where you can be honest about what you're going through — and where that honesty becomes the starting point for real, focused work on your presenting concerns.

  • A sunset over mountains with a large, colorful Wi-Fi signal icon superimposed on the sky.

    DIAGNOSTIC CLARIFICATION

Sometimes people arrive unsure about — or wanting a second opinion on — a mental health diagnosis they've received. I can work with you to get a clearer, more honest picture of what you're experiencing, helping make sense of your symptoms so the path forward is better informed.

  • A sunset scene in a desert landscape with mountains in the background. Overlaid on the image is a graphic of a Wi-Fi signal icon in gradient colors from pink to orange.

    BRIEF & EPISODIC SUPPORT

If you're in a difficult moment and need steady, professional support while working toward the right longer-term care, I can serve as a clinical point of contact — stabilizing, assessing, and helping you navigate that transition with confidence.

  • Sunset over mountains with a large semi-transparent Wi-Fi icon overlaid in gradient red and orange colors.

    LONG-TERM THERAPY

For those seeking deeper, sustained work, I also offer long-term therapy tailored collaboratively to your evolving needs. We move at your pace, building on what's working and adjusting as you grow — because real change rarely follows a straight line.

  • A sunset or sunrise over mountains with the sky partially cloudy. A colorful Wi-Fi symbol is superimposed in the sky.

    REFERRAL & NAVIGATION

If your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I won't leave you without direction. I can provide informed referrals to providers who specialize in exactly what you need — so you're connected to the right treatment, not just the nearest available one.

  • A colorful Wi-Fi symbol overlaying a scenic landscape of mountains at sunset, with a pastel sky and mountain silhouettes in the background.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT FIGURED OUT

Many people come to therapy unsure of what they need — only that something isn't working. That's okay. Part of what I do is help you make sense of where you are, clarify what kind of support fits best, and move forward from there. You don't have to arrive with answers. You just have to show up.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating a painful life transition, or struggling with anxiety that has started to shape your daily life — reaching out is an act of courage, and I'm glad you're here
